Diagnostic records consist of X-rays of your head, teeth and jaws; photographs of your face; and models of your mouth. Your diagnostic records will serve as a reference library for Dr. Wilmot to study.
After completing a thorough review of your diagnostic records, Dr. Wilmot will develop an orthodontic treatment plan for your particular needs.
You will be asked to review and sign a consent form at this appointment. The consent will be discussed and questions will be answered during the records appointment or anytime during the course of treatment.
